It's simply about exceeding our customers' expectations.
She is one of the many voices of Kessler. Her's is the softspoken voice that may welcome you to one of our campuses. The voice that sets the tone for an exceptional rehabilitation experience. That voice belongs to Eileen Delea.
As a receptionist, Eileen is often the first point of contact for families and visitors. She greets them as though they were old friends, with warmth and professionalism. She treats them, she says, as she would want to be treated. "I know that many people are uncomfortable when they're in a hospital setting…it can be a little intimidating. And I feel it is part of my job to try to put them at ease."
She apparently succeeds, winning rave reviews for customer service. But Eileen, like so many other members of Kessler's support services team - housekeeping, maintenance, materials management and security - is modest about her contributions to creating a safe, secure and comfortable environment of care for our patients and their families.
"When we talk about our commitment to ‘5-Star Care,' it's not just about the medical care or the therapy. It's about each of us, whatever our role, doing whatever we can - the best we can - on behalf of our patients. It's not only about the care…but the caring that comes along with it."
