Kessler Institute Appoints New Director of Geriatric Rehabilitation
West Orange, NJ - Mooyeon Oh-Park, M.D., has been appointed to the new position of Director of Geriatric Rehabilitation at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.
Dr. Oh-Park, who is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR), Neuromuscular Medicine, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and Sport Medicine, has extensive experience in addressing the needs of older adults. Her expertise embraces the treatment of musculoskeletal, central and peripheral nervous system conditions, including orthopedic injuries, stroke and foot pain.
She will be expanding her practice at both Kessler’s West Orange and Saddle Brook campuses.
A highly respected educator and mentor in the field of rehabilitation medicine, Dr. Oh-Park is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She has published extensively and presented nationally and internationally on a range of topics related to aging, stroke and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and continues to conduct research at Kessler Foundation.
